For orders below this amount:

  • ₹200 for local delivery
  • ₹350–₹400 for outstation delivery (depending on location)

Since ZIN chocolates are shipped in small, temperature-controlled batches, delivery timelines are:

  • 1–2 days within major cities
  • 2–4 days for the rest of India

During high-demand periods or festive seasons, deliveries may take slightly longer.

Yes — cancellations or modifications are possible as long as your order hasn’t been shipped.
For any changes, please contact us immediately with your order number.

(For same-day dispatch orders, changes must be requested within 2–3 hours of placing the order.)

Absolutely. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also view your order status by logging into your ZIN account.
Although we pack each box with care, if your chocolates arrive damaged or melted, please reach out within 1 hour of delivery. Share your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place at 15–20°C, away from sunlight, moisture, and strong odours. Refrigeration is not recommended unless your room temperature is very high. Specific storage tips for each product are mentioned on the product page.
