Every single bean starts its journey with us, handpicked right at the peak of ripeness. We sort them carefully, one by one, and only the very best make the cut.

Just as winemakers let their creations rest so the flavours meld and mature, we give our cacao all the time it needs to become truly exceptional – turning patience into pure delight.

Roasting is a creative dance here, guided by senses, not stopwatches, to extract the essence of the cacao while adjusting the temperature and timing for every batch. Our goal? To showcase its purest character—never mask it.

After roasting, we gently crack open every bean, setting the precious nibs free. What’s left? pure cacao at its boldest—no husks, no distractions. Just the essence that lays the foundation for true chocolate artistry.

We grind the nibs carefully and slowly, sometimes for days. As we work, natural nuances emerge and bitterness gently fades, making way for a beautiful balance where flavour unfolds in harmony and intensity transforms into deep-rooted elegance.

Our chocolate is carefully tempered in a cycle of precise heating and cooling that gives it a distinctive snap and shine. Then it’s poured gently into moulds and allowed to set on its own. Every composition has a distinct, subdued personality.
