Returns Policy
Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the shipping address you provide. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact ZIN Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, including a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, so we can assist you with a replacement or exchange.
We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal value. Any claims submitted without proper supporting evidence will not be eligible for replacement. ZIN reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.
Our guarantee applies only to orders delivered to the correct address as provided by the purchaser. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of packages that require rerouting by the carrier. ZIN cannot be held responsible for the condition of orders that are not delivered on the first attempt or that are subject to any delivery address changes made through the carrier after shipping.
Please ensure all orders include complete shipping details—street address, company name (if applicable), apartment or suite numbers—to help ensure proper delivery.
ZIN is not responsible for failed deliveries in cases where:
- An incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided;
- The recipient is unavailable or out of town at the time of delivery; or
- No updated or corrected delivery address is provided within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
Shipments returned to ZIN or requiring rerouting due to incorrect or incomplete address details will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or carrier re-labelling fees.
